I’m late to the game about the Rondo ejection and suspension. I try to watch as many Celtics games as I can over the season but frankly they are just a sad team to watch. Rondo is the most dynamic player on the team and is the only reason they are in most of their games. Bill Simmons also needs to cool it about his logic that they need to trade him because he has an ability to shoot free throws late in games (which is true). I argue that he is the only piece, along with Avery and Bass, that the team can build around. 

Anyways, I watched this play a few times and I think the technical and maybe an ejection from the game was warranted. The suspension of two games seems extreme. It seems like the ref just often catches a ball thrown like that from a player. It came a little quick out of his hands but it wasn’t like he was kicking the ball into the stands or anything.

Am I being a homer or do you agree with the suspension?
